This skirt is both basic (in that it's a neutral shade) and a statement piece all at once. It can pair with just about anything given the light shade of silvery gold, and can really dress up a basic top!  It has a simple ivory pull on waistband. 

Skirt is 24" long from top of waistband to hem.
